About AIVB

Founded in 2024 by Marco Tognoni and Matteo Testi, AIVB is an AI Venture Builder designed to scale innovation at speed. Our team of 40 is anchored by an elite engineering core, primarily AI PhDs, who transform complex research into vertical-specific powerhouses.

We operate through a Centralized Powerhouse that develops strategic blueprints for specialized spinoffs in high-impact sectors such as Fashion, Real Estate, and CyberDefense. We are "International by Design", English is our language, and global scale is our target.

The Role: Head of Product

We are looking for a strategic powerhouse to serve as the architect of our product ecosystem. This is a high-leverage managerial role with immense ownership. You aren't just managing a backlog; you are building the "Factory" that produces world-class AI startups.

Your mission is to create the "AIVB Blueprint", a recognizable, premium product DNA. Whether a spinoff focuses on Real Estate logistics or CyberDefense, it must carry the AIVB hallmark of consistent, intuitive, and innovative user experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Product Engine: Design the unified product framework, methodology, and design system (the "AIVB Way") that all spinoffs will inherit.

Venture Discovery: Collaborate with the Founders and CRO to validate market gaps and bridge the gap between "PhD-level AI" and "Market-ready UX."

Team Scaling: You have the mandate to build entire teams from scratch. You will recruit, structure, and mentor UX and Product squads for each internal spinoff.

Executive Leadership: Report to the COO and act as a strategic peer to the CTO and CRO to align engineering excellence with product-market fit.

Pre-Funded Spinoffs: Unlike traditional startups, our spinoffs are pre-funded. You will lead 4 projects currently in the pipeline with secured capital, ready for deployment.

Permanent Advisory: Stay involved as a key advisor to spinoffs post-launch, ensuring the "AIVB standard" is maintained as they scale independently.

Who You Are

Scaleup Veteran: 4+ years as Head of Product or Product Director, ideally having seen a company grow from 20 to 100+ people.

The "Venture Builder" Mindset: You thrive on variety. You can pivot from Fashion tech in the morning to CyberSecurity in the afternoon.

International Profile: Experience in UK, US, or European startup ecosystems is highly preferred. You understand the "North Star" metrics that US investors look for.

Hands-on Architect: You can define a high-level vision and also wireframe a flow or draft a PRD when the situation demands it.

Effective Communicator: You can command a room of AI PhDs and translate their technical breakthroughs into compelling user value.
